Villa Kalić
About the property
Villa Kalić consists of two fully renovated stone houses offering accommodation in four bedrooms.
“Mušuna” - the first house on the right when entering the property - offers a room with a double bed, a bathroom and a simple kitchenette.
In the main house, on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a sofa for relaxation. Glass doors lead to an outdoor covered area with a barbecue, a refrigerator, a table, and benches for gatherings.
On the first floor, there is a room with two single beds (separated from the living room/fireplace by curtains). From there, a hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
External stairs lead back to the ground floor, where an external exit leads to the fourth room with a double bed and a bathroom, located opposite the children's playground. An additional fourth bathroom is located near the pool, next to the sauna and table football.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine, a microwave, and various dishes. There is also a washing machine upstairs.
The property is fenced, and around the pool, guests can relax on sun loungers. The outdoor covered area with a barbecue is ideal for summer gatherings, while the pools provide true refreshment in a natural and peaceful environment with birds chirping.
In the village of Garica, about 350 m from Villa Kalić, there is the mini market Sandra, open on weekdays. For larger shopping, supermarkets are about 10 kilometres away at the entrance to the town of Krk.The nearest restaurants are located in Vrbnik and Krk.
The nearest beach is the sandy beach Sveti Marak, about 7 km away in the village of Risika. Other nearby beaches are in Vrbnik and the town of Krk and they are mostly pebble beaches.

Villa Kalić
We spent 10 days in the wonderful Villa Kalic and can only recommend the accommodation. For our constellation, 2 couples and 1 family with children, the house was perfect.
Jelena and Ivo were very good hosts! They were always available and were able to give us tips for trips in the region.
The house is decorated with great attention to detail. The kitchen equipment was also perfectly adequate.
We especially liked the pool and the beautiful outdoor area with fireplace.
Thank you for the beautiful and relaxing days, we would definitly love to come back!

Jelena je super gostiteljica. Bila je zeli ustrežljiva, vedno odzivna in prijazna. Pripravila je tudi dodatno ležišče in stol za otroka. Vila ima vse, kar je navedeno. Upamo, da se bomo naslednje leto vrnili.
