Property Description
Villa Kalić consists of two fully renovated stone houses offering accommodation in four bedrooms.
“Mušuna” - the first house on the right when entering the property - offers a room with a double bed, a bathroom and a simple kitchenette.
In the main house, on the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a sofa for relaxation. Glass doors lead to an outdoor covered area with a barbecue, a refrigerator, a table, and benches for gatherings.
On the first floor, there is a room with two single beds (separated from the living room/fireplace by curtains). From there, a hallway leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
External stairs lead back to the ground floor, where an external exit leads to the fourth room with a double bed and a bathroom, located opposite the children's playground. An additional fourth bathroom is located near the pool, next to the sauna and table football.
